Hi Hass
Sorry to deviate from your thread but what manifold are you using mate?
Any pics.
My next purchase will be the manifold hence the questions.
Cheers

selling more bunnies to pay for my conversionthe neatest, and probably easiest way, would be to work out exactly where you want the pipes to go, and from that what bends and straight sections you need, and just buy all of the seperate bits from someone like Samco or SFS hoses.
Alternatively you would work out the route, and then get the pipes "mandrel bent" which is a process of bending pipes so that the insides of the bends do not crush. Any good engineering firm near you should be able to do that. And then just use a joiner, and a couple of hose clips on each end.
And the best idea for the size of the pipework is the same as the intercooler entrance/exit. Although you may have to use reducers on the throttle body, and turbo ends...again available from Samco or SFS for about 10/15 quid.

when you start buying pipes and samco's and clamps you find the cost runs away with you. iv just piped up the front mount to my 325 and id say iv still got 1/3 of the kit left. you get proper bolt clamps i priced them up £4.50 round this way and you get 16 thats £70. the silicone you get with it is proper 3 ply alloy pipes are 2mm cant fault the kit. but if you are gonna go the other way cheap place for silicone is zenaracing.com.
