Perhaps have a look at something from a 2 series Volvo, seem to recall that they had a similar fine spline to the E30 in the UJs.

Could always heat wrap or get the manifold ceramic coated if you're really that worried about heat melting the guibo.

Sorry mate, I thought I PMd them to you. Just refresh my mind as to what youre after and I will get them sent over - it may be a little while as the pics are on my PC which is a bit poorly at the moment, should get it back from the shop sometime next week.
