I dont think you'll get 200hp+ without a fair bit of work on a 2.5.

2.7
cam
BBTB
6 branch

that should get you a fair bit over 200hp and torque

A power boost valve will not help!
Someone posted a link to flow bench results from various filters the other day which proved that the standard air filter is best so that's no help either.

It's not easy to get 200hp out of a 2.5.

You would probably need.

6branch
megasquirt
cam
headwork
high comp pistons
6 individual tbs

im guessing that should get you 200hp out of a 2.5

Dave i also have full stainless winkeye but i dnt believe there are any solid proven gains from this in fact it has been said in the past that many systems actually lose some power

no its a standard 325 tb thats had the inside rebored for more flow and had a larger butterfly fabricated and fitted

by all accounts a very good mod on any 6pot
adds a few extra horses as well as getting more air into the mix

Daz id be interested to see what you settle on my cab is a 325 with a BBTB, 6branhc alpina, Full scorpion exhaust and a ITG zone filter.
I have recently found out it also has a uprated CAM.

I've considered the 2.7 upgrade but mines running so sweet at the moment and rapid it would seem a shame
