Small update....

I finally found a soulution for a single belt drive ,, to get as much grip on the vibration damper

Custom made ,, Guibo end to the gearbox.......... 110mm ((beat that)) made out of solid steel and turned by a lathe

the rarest brakefluid expansion tank ,,EVER in Iceland .. E34 540 touring 6g,, 1@499 worldwide made

Stainless steel rear muffler,,, designed by my idea,, have the dimension as oem 325 muffler,, got it tigwelded ,, and bended hollow stainless plate for pipe through the muffler

Well,,,,,,,, the exhaust is finally done....... at a hefty price ouich


it was narrow but my man did it well,,, stainless all the way from oem manifold to the end.....
from manifold,, 2 x 42.4mm tubes and bends were used ,, and then in to 63.5mm

4 flange 8mm 316ss were made,, an X-PIPE and just 1 rear muffler + lots of bending and many meters of pipes

Hi Mate

Just saw this thread. I have to say you deserve applause for this hard work

You made me realize how strong these two words now (Custom & Modification)

Through these two words all most anything is f****** possible

After seeing this, I wont be surprised if i see a Ferrari engine in BMW E30

Keep up the hard work and looking forward to see this beauty doing its first burnout

going to buy some speakers now...

Hi Jonathan,,,

i dont know about,,, the video,, but the sound is STUNNING

and on full throttle, YES it sound like a fullblood Prancing Horse V12............ 8)

Well after some tests with different radiators i finally have got the watertemp on an average results..

got a custom radiator ,, put in front of the frame.. 59cm in wide and 49cm in height,, the in and out is on the same size for most effective cooling,,

will post pictures later ,,,

ps,, still the same FANTASTIC torque feeling and stunning sound 8) 8) 8) 8)

Well ,,, quite a bit since i posted some info about the car,,

small upgrade,,,

I was worry about the cooling temp,, the engine generates a lot of heat,,, 12 cylinder , lot of friction ,, so i had a custom radiator made for me... payed a fortune,, but the best solution so far i think,,, the temp on water is ok,, but IMO the oiltemp is way to high

oil temp is around 100°c ---- 210°f in normal driving,,, so i will buy me a V8/12 oilhousing with oilcooler output,,,,,,, so the temp can at least go down to 90°c --190°f

And then i bought some hood louvres,,out of STEEL on ebay

we cutted a hole in the hood,, i stanced the outer ring so the metal plate was flush.. and then point welded it,,,,,,, damned ,,,,lots of force in such a thin metal,, the hood went like bananas,, but the result is impressive ,, even if i say so myself,,, very clean and looks like semi original
