Hi guys need some advice, iv been driving my 320i touring for 6 months now and its a great car to drive lots of fun but I need more power. There's 2 opinions I'm thinking of 1, tune and get more out my b20. 2, go for the upgrade to the b25. I have a second car so it being off the road is not a problem, just not sue if its going to be worth tuning the b20 how much more power can you get out it.

The USA in general isn't too hot when it comes top tuning cars, but there's one thing they did get right: "there's no substitute for cubic inches".

The M20B20 was restricted as standard (something to do with new car duty); fitting a b25 throttle body releases a few ponies, one of speedtouch's chips will help further. Any more than this and you'll be better off spending your money on a B25 swap.
