Should I go for castrol magnetec or castrol gtx for the oil
and should I go for ngk or champion on the spark plugs?
Please can you guys/gals help me to decide.

Hi there my fellow zoners. I am going to be getting my mate mechanic to do a mini service on my 1990 e30 316i saloon 5 door. The problem I have is I cant decide between the 2 types of spark plugs and the oil.
Should I go for castrol magnetec or castrol gtx for the oil
and should I go for ngk or champion on the spark plugs?
Please can you guys/gals help me to decide.

Either of them oils would be fine
For plugs I'd use the ngk's
For plugs I'd use the ngk's
