Fair enough
Here's my list:
Engine (inc approx manufacture date and compression ratio)
1985 M20B25 which is the slightly higher compression version I think 9.5:1ish.
Rebuilt to standard spec without any compression lowering. Did have a head skim, but also has the thicker head gasket to compensate.
Exhaust manifold
2 off home made tubular manifolds with front turbo just above the engine mount and rear turbo pretty much where the coolant expansion tank was.
Home made down pipes in 2" diameter tube
Home made full exhaust system with balance tube in original position and standard size straight through back box.
Blower
2 off Garrett T25 turbos with following A/R ratios:
Compressor housing 0.42A/R
Exhaust turbine housing 0.48A/R
Intercooler(s)
2 off Ford Sierra Cosworth 2WD intercoolers. These are about 1/2 the depth of the 4WD ones but have pretty much the same frontal area. Supposedly they're good for around 280bhp each so hot air shouldn't be a problem on mine (I hope!)
Engine management
Emerald engine management using MAP sensor, crank position, TPS, coolant temp and air temp as inputs.
Running 6No. Peugeot Mi16 injectors (C45 - 50 bhp / cyl)
Vectra 2.5 V6 coil pack (no dizzy for me!)
Oil feeds etc.
Home made aluminium 'banjo' type arrangement drilled to accept oil pressure switch and 3No. M10 brake fittings, 2 for the turbos and one for the oil pressure gauge.
Other goodies
6No. direct to head throttle bodies in the hope of improving throttle response
Custom made air box to fit the TBs
Standard clutch
