Spinning engine by hand. Should I be able to do it with all belts attached to ancillaries? Where exactly should I grab on in order to turn it? And should it move freely indefinitely or should it stop after a number of turns? Thanks.

No..

Why should it stop? There is a point which stiffens where you open some more valves though..

I didn't think so either but when I tried turning the engine yesterday, I couldn't keep going at one point and I went uh-oh. Turned out the belts were in very bad shape and stuck to the pulleys preventing the engine to turn pass one point. All okay now after they were removed. :D

When turning the engine by hand it should get quite hard and then release as you're obviously compressin the air then as you turn it the exhaust opens on that particular cylinder releasing pressure making it easy to turn again until the next cylinder is compressing and so on and so forth.

I wouldn't worry.. The engine has been sat for a long time!!

Just run it for 100miles and put some fresh oil in!

I have a question about clutch.

What's the correct combination of clutch control?

A - M3 e30 input cylinder and output cylinder

B - M3 e30 input cylinder and M3 e36 output cylinder

C - M3 e36 input and output cylinder
