Hi,

Okay so my engine now needs all the coolant and fuel pipes attaching.. the guy cut loads of them so i had to replace them and now i've got the task of working out where they all go...

Item #10 on here...

I'm wondering where it is supposed to go, i pulled it from a e36 but my engine was from an e34 - any ideas.

Looked at my dads 325i and it screws into the airbox!

What should i do about it if im using a k&n?

Shall i just bypass it, thats what ive done for now.

It has no electrical terminals so i guess it would not make a huge difference as all it does is controll the coolant circulation around the throttle body :?

I just bypassed it when i did my conversion.. Unless you're living somewhere where the air is so cold that it could freeze in the TB then you don't need it. It warms the TB to prevent it from sticking with ice.
