Temp Sensor

Im busy doing the s50b30(euro) swap, there is a cover side of the head which houses 2 coolant temp sensors, one is a REMOTE THERMOMETRE SENDING UNIT and the other is a TEMPERATURE SENSOR, WATER, this is according to the ETK.
i assume the second one sends signal to the cluster so that should be the one that should be swapped with the e30 brown sensor?????

Yes, blue is for the ECU, brown is for the dash.

REMOTE THERMOMETRE SENDING UNIT sounds like the one for the temp gauge to me!
