Any chance of a pic of the engine bay and in particular the brake servo area?
Cheers Spadge..

Weight, Also there has been alot of dyno testing on these and they dont make anymore power in this state from dual exhausts.Infact they often lose power and tq .Trust me i would of uses duals if i though there was any benefits lol. cheersoze30 wrote:nice!!! Any reason you went for the 2-1 system instead of dual all the way? (with cross pipe or similar?)

This is a late model 1uz with uprated cams from factoryEddie25 wrote:Awesome just needs some big cams for a proper muscle car idle.Looks great though mate and I bet it makes a fantastic noise.

These engines are alot different than yank v8s etc and they respond quite differently to exhaust mods than the bigger slower revving chevs etc.Sound wise it will be different again, yes a twin system would give it more of a throaty v8 bark, but the single gives it a clean high pitched whale that sounds awesome!oze30 wrote:Is the power loss on any V8 or just the Lexus donk? You'll get the torque back as you basically have one huge crossover pipe, so it will equalize both banks. The single is much neater, but doe sit sound the same???? ;)
