'kin 'ell tony... you don't f*ck about do you!

I've been not readint the reshell topic as I assumed it would just be the usual 'I tightened a screw on a jubilee clip today, here's 50 pics of it' type dull progress report...

Didnt realise you had finished the fooker!!!!

Top job chap, looks f*cking stunning... dare I say better than the other one? (no chrome wrongness winkeye )

Those wheels NEED to have the centres colour coded now they're on a dark car though... imo.

ps; where's the boot roundel?

Dom,always up for a challenge mate, give me a shout as and when if need be :D

Munky,NO dont slate my old chromie, loved that car
This one just doesnt have the same amount of character IMO.
Roundel was removed by one of the previous owners but im on the hunt for a new boot lid which will have the roundel back on,just looks wrong to me without one,oh and no spoiler too :D
Tempted to spray the wheels a bit darker, ill be giving it some thought in the near future just more important jobs to do/finish first!

Not slating the old one... you know I really liked it, even if it did have chrome bits. :P

I just prefer the simpler cleaner look of non chromies.

Gotta say I quite like the badgeless look on the back but I know you're a traditionalist weirdo :flipbird:  so if you want a replacement Doddy's got a boot, in white though so will need a spray, if you're interested its cheap and mint. Though it has a spoiler iirc.

wheels would look great either all black/darker silver or with a polished lip and darker centres.

Fancy helping me do an engine swap in a couple of months? I'm sure we could work out a deal for a free refurb in exchange winkeye

Fooking hell where do i start

Source new boot lid and get it sprayed
Colour code the wing mirrors
Find another Black roof lining(i ripped this one when fitting  )
SE skirts
Darken wheels(maybe?)
Fit all my stereo stuff
Weld an extra bracket on the exhaust
Get at least 2 new tyres(getting low now)
Factory wire the elec fan(on a switch for now)
Fit front fogs
Thinking about getting German flag(as grill badge) transfers to put over the D on the plates, then remove grill badge(only an idea for now)
The list is endless but ill get there......at some point :D

Looks awfully nice. Personally I think that SE skirts would ruin it, I like it just as it is.
