Personally, i think your car is a good looking one, , by the way i got your PM, did you manage to grind out the chunks of rust on the under sill strut area and boot area, cos i remember you saying to just paint over the rust to conseal its looks.... but you done well now anyway hope it passes the next MOT after the filler work on the sill... next time i reckon what to do is instead of hammeriting the whole sill, grind out any rust you get, and paint some garden furniture weather proof iron paint, is made by ronseal and this way if you decide you wanna sell the car, you could possibly fob it of looking sweet.... i also had an E30 but scrapped it rust got the better part of it, shameless to say it was an original 325is about a month ago with kit and all, but wasnt bothered.. so no im a proud owner of a 1Ltr vauxhall corsa, fully kitted K&N, 4 inch bore all the way front to back with a cherry bomb, lowerd suspension, neon light kits, and goodmans sound system with mp3 player, orion amplifier, alpine componant speakers with tweeters, alpina lookalike wheels (missed my bm so wanted some bm resemblance) 318is seats retrimmed in leather (nice nice) lexus lights, all colour coded and painted in ferarri red cos i know its just as fast .. well not really.... blacked out windos, go faster srtipes... list goes on... lighted gear knob... what more can i say,......

Cheers,

Great looking car mate, one of the only 316's iv seen that hasnt looked like a ropey old shed. I reckon your spot on with your plans aswell.

Its good to see more young guys getting into BM's early, everyone thought i was mad when i got mine. Bet it stands out a mile from the tat people you know are driving.

Keep up the good work mate :thumb:
