Suspension
As far as I can acertain, Has Mtech front suspension (fitted as standard on touring?!) and standard touring rear setup.
Ride Height is standard (very comfortable)
Brakes
Standard vented front discs and rear disc/drum setup.
Wheels & Tyres
BBS 15"s (in need of a good clean, but hardly worth it with the state of the road at my bit)
Front is running 205/55/R15 Back is 205/65/R15 (really fills the arches
)Exterior
Wearing it's original Alpine White coat, and I intend to keep it that way-cos I love that colour...
Could do with 2 new front wings (pretty rotten at the bottom), and front valence needs straightened
Interior
Standard BMW interior with little or no wear-really comfortable, and known as my new armchair!No plans to change this unless it gets ripped/damaged, cos I find it a very pleasant place to be...
ICE
m20 6pot!!!!
Just discovered that there is no loom for the radio present, so gonna be a bit longer before the CD changer is in
Security
BMW Immobiliser (standard fit) and Autolok gear lever lock.
Performance
As per stock m20 2.0. Plenty quick after driving a Seat Toledo TDI for a year
Future Plans
2 new front wings in fibreglass.
Bonnet in fibreglass.
Replace Glass with perspex (excluding front screen).
Removal of headlamp washers/rear wiper
Removal of Central locking motors
4 new tyres (probably Toyo T1-s proxies at 195/50/R15).
Zimmerman disks and Pagid fast road pads, plus all new brake pipes.
New Backbox (original).
