hey everyone, basically i want a nice bmw when i am of r-plate. then i will be able to insure one. what i really want is a car that looks like the bmw m3 e30. i simply cant afford the m3 e30, so i am considering in about 6 months buying a 325i. is there bodykits i can get to put on the 325i which are the same as the m3? only thing is i hear the 325i absolutley drinks fuel, and i am far from loaded, have a few grand saved though for this bmw. what is the best model to go far that will look like the m3 e30 when it is done up? any suggestions or opinions are appreciated.......how much money would you say i would need for somthing like this?
thanks lads....and ladys

from what i have heard, you can buy m3 fenders that can bolt up. I think the best bet is to go with a 325i, then find some wide fenders. You can get a very clean 325 for pretty cheap. But, you will def. be lacking as far as power. But a little cash will get you there. Good luck with the search!

Didnt you read the responses the last time you asked this question?
There is NO model that can look 100% like the M3 without major body mods. The only common body parts are the doors and the bonnet. Everything else is different. The boot is a different hight, the roof is different...... the list goes on.
You can buy cheap nasty fibreglass arches and im sure if you mutilate the front and rear bumpers enough they will fit but the car will still look nothing like an M3, just a standard car with a cheap bodykit.
Even IF you modded the body extensively ( new roof, pillars, boot etc) nnyone who knows these cars will instantly spot its fake because its RHD, has 4 stud wheels and tiny brakes.
Moral of the story is - dont do it, let it go, move on! You can buy a 316i, put an Mtec 2 kit on and some nice rims and have a car that looks identical to a 325 sport - be happy with that until you can get a real M3.
If you really want to make a fake M3 pm TNG21, he is having a damn good go at making an M3 rep - his looks cool
I really didnt mean to sound harsh here buddy, just giving you the facts. Apart from TNG's, every other fake M3 iv seen has looked god awful and has deserved to be driven hard into a wall.
