Hi, I am trying to get the euro look on my cab, smoothed off one side, still got the other side to do. Going to fit borbet A wheels 16"x9". It will be going in for a full respray. What do you think so far?

Nice project M8. Those wheels are wide. are you going widen the arches or just let them hang over?

The wheels that are going on will look like the ones below. They shouldnt sick out. I would keep the BBS 15" wheels but they wont fit because I have got bigger brakes.

Thanks it wasnt easy I had to make end caps and weld them on and then weld the bumper together.
The front one I dont know if to do way with the indicators in the bumper and put them in the headlights.

Cant wait to see that bumper sprayed up. Nice work ed. I like the idea of having the indicators in the headlamps to. Nice touch.

The thing I am worried about putting the indicators in the headlamps is seeing them when the headlamps are on.
I was going to put the indicators at the top of the headlamp instead of the parking light.

Well the project has come to a end, Just couldnt get the money together for the respray so it had to go
Still got the engine and suspension which is going to be fitted in a 2 door shell that dosnt need any body work

Can you take a picture of the caby strut top reinforcing plate please ? As the wings are off you can see how they are attached to the inner wings.
I was thinking of fitting some of these plates when i get a strut brace, belt and braces/over kill but might be worth it ?

That's a pity Ed,
but I'm glad all is not lost and a 335i is still planned!
Shouldn't take you too long if you have most of the parts! ?

No shouldn't take long, the car I am getting has had the engine removed already so that is one less thing to do.
How is yours going ?

shame to have put in so much work only to pull the plug on it now.i take it theres no chance you can wrap it up and store it until better financial times come along

That sounds like good news then!
Mine has had a few teething troubles and I'm still doing a lot of work on it but generally I'm very happy with it!
Good luck with your's!

Looks like they will fit OK, Ԛ£15 per side isn't expensive either
