Engine: new head re profiled fast rd cam, larger exhaust valves, porting + gas flowed, matching custom exhaust maifold(2 x 3 into 1, then 2 into 1
straight through to back box),fuel press up @3.6, piper induction,
chip,larger TB,oymex speed sys with adjustable soft cut for revs.

Chaiss: Eibach springs 60mm all round,o/e m shocks, rear adj camber.
eibach strut brace,alpina reps shod in good y f1 215/40/17

Brakes: good r hoses, ecb disc's x4, Foredo track pads, o/e calipers.

silver dials, ac pedals, e28 m5 gear knob (shows dog leg)
4 point harness x2,

Eye brows,e30zone sticker,white front and side indicators.

don't ...id just wouldn't look beter and i think the engine deservs the doe...you allready have a good top end and great specs, i'd invest a litle in the lower side but keep it M20

when the bottom looses comp i will do 2,7 any way
already have the crank and fly wheel clutch ..lol
but the bottom end at persent is original and has just under 200k on it..

vortex super charger planned aswell. but that will be a while..[/b]

forget the wheels-get a low comp 2.7 plus a charger on there

did u find a lump for the 1.8?

if u need a hand with any bits try me and i'll see as i had one of these and rebuilt the head on the m40 too.... i have lots of bits like the cam timing tool thingy lying around!

yes a lump to buy it for 70 quid he he. was a c reg 4 door with 1 lady owner that never cleaned it and then me who killed it. full of rot. no elec windows pas or cdl + steel wheels.. a real stunner in white..ish.

Now finnished for a bit.. made a few changes here and there. best change
though is the o/e alpina wheels.. got springs made to drop the front another 20mm but wont do that till the new year.





i have got all the center caps on now. will sort some more pics..
