My 320i E30 was a breaker, but was sad to see it broken so i've rescued her from death row.

shes rocking the council spec drift bus attire at the moment but when funds allow she'll have a nice lick of paint :), few more important things to do first :).

Her current spec is..

-2.5 engine, lightened flywheel (engine and flywheel built by byron - maggspower )
-spec stage 3 clutch.
-E46 purple tag leaky rack, with corsa UJ
-e36 aircon rad + volvo rad switch
-Aluminum tank
-walbro 255 pump
-Disc converted rear end (e36 Ti compact shizzle)
-solid rear beam
-strengthened rear arms
-e30 rear bilsteins
-e36 328i sport bilstein front legs
-328i brakes, yellow stuff pads.
-custom arms.
-adjustable top mounts.
-harnesses and seats
-Discovery 2 wheels
-T1-R tyres

Rear shelf carpet :)

Image

Seats :), originally went for some really nice OMP seats, but i think they where made for 5ft Size 6 ''Drift Cake'', because i couldnt get my ass into them and my head was over the top of the seat! so had to go for the cheaper polish alternative, but still a nice Fia 2020 Fiberglas seat.

Got the HY35 all fitted and made some good results on the dyno.

Welded on a 3" V band and welded up the internal gate, then bored the inside of the housing out to 3", so the exhaust is 3" all the way to the wheel.

As for oil feed, im running a AN-4 feed, M12x1.5 31mm long banjo, no restriction.
Return is custom shizzle i made from 19mm i.d tube and some 25mm o.d pipe to the sump.

no smoke, no oil loss 1000 miles later.

Took the car down to be mapped by John and dave at emerald, highly recommend the service these guy's provide made for an awesome day out :)

car made 376bhp @1Bar. (havent got a pic of this graph will add soon)
291bhp @ 0.5Bar, as you can see from the graph its not got any lag, turbo spools up from 2krpm.

did have a solid mounted diff, on a nice hanger .. but it was to noisy to drive to London on.

So the Getrag 240 met its match, 3rd gear fully stripped both sides.

Guess it didn't wanna hold onto 460nm any longer haha :D

Was said e30 setup correctly on the rear end ? i.e camber /toe..

The shafts come with a warranty for component failure, was that honored?

Theres allot of hate about for these shafts on the internet, but until you've tried some your self with a correctly setup rear end you cant just take there word for it.
