My US 87' 325e

Just thought I would check out this fourm. Seems like a pretty nice UK community. My mom has owned this car since about 1995 and just got a new car so this will be a hand-me-down.

First picture I took of the car last year

And this is after some detailing I did




and heres some pictures of the car without the bumpers. I recently purchased a full mtech1 from a fellow in the UK for a really decent price. I am still in search for some european bumpers ( PM me if you would like to sell me a pair)



I sold the mtech side skirts due to I was told that the flared mtech sides wouldnt fit my 4 door. So I will be going with these zenders instead. Have any of you guys over there seen a car with the mtech front and rear but with zender sides? I hope it turnes looking good!


The car is going to be getting new H&R springs and blisten shocks before the spring and I plan on really cleaning the baby up. The central locking is messed up and there are some water leaks.

Well thats about it.
Its nice to find another group of E30 enthusiasts

nice work thus far - like the plans too. autovogue will sell you brand new bumpers for Ԛ£59 plus vat - and shipping obviously. hope this helps.

some better wheels will arrive for it i am sure.

Of course the wheels will be replaced. I'm thinking on either going with some basket weavers (stock or BBS) or some nice Hartge wheels.

i hope i haven't mislead you there - the 59 price only buys the main body aluminium - the sides, connectors and rubber inserts will come on top.

i'll ask around the people i know for you and see what i can find, shipping will be the problem i reckon.

Shipping and the weak US dollor will kill me. I did have that full mtech1 kit shiped over. It cost about 200 dollars and it was at my door step in 3 days!
