This project was started by a family member with me helping him.
After the bodywork was finished he lost his garage space ,so i took the project on from there.

It started off as an average condition 2 door shell and was do as abit of fun to see if we could do it.

Purist look away NOW as this will hurt your eyes

I took a few pics today when i was out in it for the first time .
Drives pretty well which i didn't expect to be honest , can get a bit tail happy at juctions like most but in a straight line it's pretty much planted.

Still have to figure out if i'm going to tread plate the back or just get a cover made, and still a few bits and pieces to finish of but it's more or less finished now.

Looking good, have you consider a tubing frame and flood lights at the back? What kind of wheels are those?

Bloody hell, that looks factory! Top work. Needed that back in the day when everyone was doing the RS thing to mk3 / mk4 Escort vans, that would have blown them out of the water.

You sir should be wearing the smug smile of a man knowing he's driving a unique vehicle. We're all in a fairly exclusive club driving E30s but that's in a league of its own.

Funny you should say that there is a local mk4 rs combi van just come up for sale that i've admired from a far for a few years.

P100 style? set of bull bars (chrome of course) with twin cibies.

& maybe a 24v swap??

looks really good though, well done.
if it's got t*ts or wheels it's bound to be trouble...............prove me wrong.

That is what I mean by tubing + flood lights:

A bigger squarer rear screen would look better indeed.
