I have built a couple of toys since the e30 ,I did a e46 m3 csl touring and a lexus is 200 with monaro engine but that came to a sad end at 110mph the track rod end snapped but miss my e 30 so I bought this shell 6 years ago with the intention of building it with another monaro engine but the engine has been sat here 4 years also then a 13000 mile s65 engine came up so that had to be the engine of choice and I wanted to keep it all bmw this time

I saw the e46 M3 touring ( possibly on piston heads )

I'm glad you're keeping this one all BMW, as fantastic as the Jaegermeister car was it just didn't feel right with the LS engine

no dan has sold his and they would not fit under my shell without modding rear arches which I am against I want it to look bodily standard as poss but I have gone for wider front wings, I have bought a brand new set of hubs but not sure on them wheels now with the green might try to find some oz

I was trying to find what happened to your old m3 only last week after seeing a picture of it I took at the old BMW show at donnington. Think I had a pic of your white m3 too Kos from the same day. Must be 7-8 yrs ago? :D

OT - Off topic

I think he's like to know what the performance of the LS was like compared to other tuned / engine swaped e30's and compared to other BMW's like the e46 m4 and e39 M5

I'm guessing the LS car wipe the floor with them :D

Judging from the pics, LS engine was in the Lexus, not an E30, but I bet that IS was flying :D

E30 with a S65 and a manual will be EPIC.

The jägermeister M3 was built with an LS engine. There was a build thread iirc, but I think it was on the old Zone so has possibly been lost :(

yes the jagermeister car was built with an ls1 and would wipe the floor with most cars especially now it is running slicks 60mm lowe and about 520bhp with bigger heads cam and ls6 inlet with larger throttle bodyImage

It was a well executed build, period

Even the paint on the inside; on the floors etc was an excellent job

The only thing that I never liked was the black and grey cobra seats. Don't get me wrong, cobra seats are good and I run them in my track slag but the car did deserve to have recaro pole positions

I totally disagree I could of spent a fortune on seats but I have had these in a few cars and are so comfy they will also be in the new car unless some recaro cs s come up but thanks for the comment on the car, the new car will be just as good if not better with much better parts and the paintwork is first class again inside out and underneath
