Nice car I like it! I think headlight rings will need to be black to pull off the yellow, and you need a short shifter....

It's different, I like it!

How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Very nice car,
Does the yellow on the lights make much difference to output ??
(& what about MOT time / legality ??)
:D

Cool car, like the fact you haven't got a Tech2 boot spoiler.

Definately needs black surround on the lights!

Assuming he's used Lamin-X like i did you just get a slightly yellow tint to the light output, on my Touring i actually found it a better light to see with for some reason.
Technically illegal and definately an MOT failure with the new regulations. Any light film or spray is now an MOT failure, whether you get unlucky is another thing.

yeah I used lamin-x.. I shall see, I'm quite friendly with my MOT man, he may take the common sense approach and say 'you removed it for the test didn't you' to which I will say yes.. unless he cops the hump in which case I'll remove it for the test.. :D

yeah, looking at yours I sure do need that black surround! it did have the tech 2 spoiler but it just ruined the line of the car so I whipped it off and welded the holes up, and the aerial hole.. nice and clean!

Looks a far better car now IMO

The laminex always looks like your headlights are full of yellow pish, never the right colour compared to proper yellows.

With the front apron secured properly that will look a spot on car my good man

both looks are good, it still amazes me how easy it is to transform an e30 in an afternoon.. lovely colour work with - I think I recognise those wheels, those valves stick out a bit don't they

I was thinking that! They stick right out!
That bloody front apron.. She was too low after the respray and I caught it on everything.. She's actually going back in to have it sprayed again (f**ksticks!) now she's at a normal ride height.. She's a much nicer drive too! The lamin x wasn't for me in the end but it's nice to try a look :) I actually think she looks much better just like this, clean and smooth and classy!
Thanks for the comments guys! And barx for the mint rims! :)

It goes without saying that removing them borbets, and giving the car some suspension, it will look better.

The fooked suspension look is for the vag bummers as well you know Lee!

Looks tasty.. I like to think I've set mine apart a little with the rear spoiler and aerial hole removal.. It just looks smooth..

I just went outside to admire it again.. And avoid all this info I don't need about rats cocks.. And I definitely think borbets.. Although well associated with e30's.. Look a bit crap.. (just my opinion of course) :)

Another here voting for winter look. Still amazes me that after 25 odd years of aftermarket design, the bbs still look the best.

Trouble is, RM012's are getting on for the same weight as borbets 16's - RM001's are the ones to get, not only are they light, but they're et25, 7j standard, but people are realising the value of these & they're silly rare

I sold a set of 001's a long while ago & now I wish I'd kept them, but hey ho
