i think a few on here will know this car,
i have owned "AVO" 3 times in 8 years, nothing special just a Low mileage non sunroof more door in Lachs silver,
out of all the cars I have owned for some reason this is my favorite, and now it's here to stay :D

Image

Image

hmm I think the last owner (A Moredoor Peado) has been molesting it ? the donk has grown by 500cc's :D

Image

and it has an extra peddle ?

Image

that should make it drive better ! :D

still only 63k on the clock, it had 38k when i first got it and looked like this !
Image

I draw the line here, fookin Bottletops ! these are going straight on the scrap pile 15" BBS will fitted ASAP!!!!
Image

many thanks Paul (diddler) for looking after her for the last few years :thumb:

Keep the bottletops!!!!!

That set on that car are mint! You can't scrap them even if they are bottletops!

Seen this in the flesh at a mids meet last year, its a nice one

Steve

I enjoyed my time with AVO, and learnt alot about fettling E30's along our little journey together. :D

As the red turds gonna be finished in the next couple of months and my impending need for a daily hack (Losing company car) i needed to aquire something a little more sensible/economical.

It was only ever gonna be coming back to you anyway...........

As for the Bottletops they look so right, deep down you knwo it too!

Mick you've gotta give AVO a break here, it was carrying a rather portly gentleman with all his overnight camping gear down the strip...... 8O :D

It reminds me of my last lachs 325 quattroporte fragger, indeed the front wings and flaps came from said turd which is now doing sterling service in China, where all these sorry multi doored munters belong ! :D

deep down you love a quattroporte Pete, you have plenty in the back passage, the saloon is similar to the tourer, except it doesn't carry a greenhouse/porch on the back :D

Steve, you are right, I am feeling the more door love. Only today , I collected from Chippenham a 3 owner 86000 mile 318 lux. I took a detour on the way back and had an impromptu photo session, fittingly, in a cemetary ! :) She has now made her last journey under her own steam and will give up her morsels to keep superior 2 door and touring E30s on the road and more importantly to keep me in kebabs and Haagen Daaz ! :D

Image

PS an ad will be appearing shortly and everything is available including quiet 86k donk, mint late stripey lux trim, excellent dechrome kit, fog kit, 6 button obc, nice bottletops etc :)
