Just got this today. I didn't get time to look at it properly and I'm away most of tomorrow so these are the photos the seller sent me.

It sounds pretty sweet, new exhaust recently, itensive wash, fire extinguisher, Mtech gear knob, Mtech 1 wheel, interior looks pretty good as well. Will need some work to get it on the road but so far . . . touch wood it all looks pretty straight forward.

Seal around the windscreen is not in properly and that might explain the condensation on the inside of the windscreen. Will report when I have had a chance to check it out!! Happy tho! :D

The nicest shape E30 in the best colour with the right number of cylinders and a nice set of wheels fitted.
Congratulations!
This is why I no longer drive an E30......

Going to see how much it cost to get it on the road first. As it has been painted most trim has been off for the paint job so plenty to tidy up. It has a drop which isn't too low and the Avez a wheels look good. Will get my LSD on it and the bbtb. Not sure what else yet.

Nice looking touring. When do you think it will be roadworthy? What's required?

Cheers all, just found 3 old mots one from 2000 and the milage ties up back to then. Currently on 97k ish.

Work for mot quoted from seller says leak from PAS, ABS light on, brakes binding, rust patches beside rear suspension mounts - (actually these patches are at the jacking points)
Image

Not sure what else. I'm sure the test centre will find something.

The seller lost the V5 and has applied for the replacement, been waiting 2 weeks already so that should be back soon fingers crossed, then tax it and put some tyres on it which are not all cracked! The car has been sitting up for about 2 or 3 years.

I've a nice set of mims which will go on till I can afford new shoes for the avez.

Mick - too posh for me - I think you forget I was the owner of a fine excutive coloured coupe with a brown interior - that makes me posh!

The rust on the rear jacking point is the only visable rust on it. I have to inspect the underside but the body is fab condition.

It started of life as grey or black, (looks black in the tool well but says grey on old mot) not sure it is an exact match for bmw calypso!!

Love your tourer, one of the best, if not the best colour for an E30. Very nice buy
