il stick up a new thread in the newb section, but ive taken a few pics of my e30 tonight. nothing amazing but thought i would stick em up to get peoples opinions.

there are a fair few but il just stick em all in here :)

the front lip is missing as its in the boot, its silly low (new springs awaiting to be fitted), the fog blank is missing as is the towing eye, so there all little parts i need to collect lol

lol sorry i only had the fisheye on me at the time.

il take some normal pics of it in the daylight and once ive refitted the front lip that came off

how much are you after for the fogs? will i definitely have the wiring there even though its a 316?

il get some interior pics too as the previous owner fitted the 318is interior and i quite like it compared to the stock seats :)

well the sump and steering rack have already taken a few clatters lol

its a squeeze to get 3 fingers under the sump and as its alloy i dont want to risk breaking it lol

it does look pretty cool though... cheers

well its a stock lump, dunno if ive posted anywhere what engine it is lol

its got a drilled airbox and a magnex backbox thats it. its got a 4.1 lsd rear axle from an auto so it pulls hard through the gears lol

im after an aftermarket stainless manifold and a k&n filter for the stock airbox and ive got new plugs, leads, oil, filter etc to fit...

its not that clean in the flesh

well the 4.10 is the ratio of the rear axle, its higher than the stock one so it accelerates quicker but lower top end

mines lively for a 1.6 ;)

dunno i bought the car like it, the lsd rear axle is from a 325 auto and the engine and box from a 325 :)

did you mean low ratio wise? or ride height wise? lol

yeah its a pain to drive but looks too good as it is lol

it melts the tyres pretty easy with the 4.1 rear axle but it runs out of revs way too quick

need to get a manifold and full exhaust sorted for it and sort a few little bits of rust on it :)

i finally got round to sorting a rocker cover for the car, it was bugging me how dirty it was. i managed to get one painted wrinkle black and flatted back the letters and stripes. i also used some brass fixings (domed nuts and washers). it has tidied up the under bonnet no end. i still need to work my way across and paint the inlet and change all the nuts and bolts and washers to stainless etc...

anyway heres a quick pic....

that rocker does look nice, unfortunately it makes your manifold look really bad! :D

the manifold does look really bad but i cant afford a nice 6 branch at the moment, especially as i need another sump prob...

i was talking about the inlet manifold :P

the exhaust manifold can be covered nicely with OEM exhaust gaskets, they have a integral heat shield to protect the HT leads - this hide the rusty bits a treat :D

Alright well let me know when they're off and how much for them mate.

I'm tidying the appearance of my engine soon and plans are just to get some 1200 wet and dry and see how that goes, Might grab some high temp paint from halfrauds if I want to colour it.

As for your exhaust like gareth suggested you can get a nice heat sheild to cover it, and then it's not just for show either!
