what is the pipe for near the r/h/s strut top,a/c?

looks like a top spec is you have.
headlight w/wipe,lsd,a/c? tech-11 kit,plush leather,lsd winkeye .tech-11 s/wheel,rear pop out windows and a fair bit more i'd say

no obc :?
