Hi,

i want to show you my new Brake System for my E30:
Tech info:
Front disc 300x25mm special made for me with 4x100 and centerhole for e30
It´s produced in small quantity. It looks like comming from ATE, but it is no stock ATE disc!!!!! You cannot order this disc at ATE!!!

Rear disc is from E46 328 and is in this version a stock disc with a second bolt circle 4x100 and a centerhole adapterring. (Test Version) If everything is working good in the rear, the disc will special produced with only 4x100 bolt circle and centerhole for E30 and Power Disc groove.

Front brake Caliper is Porsche 996 front fixed with special adapter.

Rear brake Caliper is Porsche 996 rear fixed with special adapter.

Brake fit´s under 15 inch ATS DTC rim !!!!

Rear disks look to be the same as the 300mm.de conversion but for 4 stud instead of re drilled 5 stud ones.

Do you have access to some more of the 4 stud rear disks?
If so, can you PM me with a price and delivery time please.
Do they retain the stock handbrake??

Looks like the rears are from a single seater with fabbed up top mounts

You can have a "proper" setup without the need to fab up brackets if you phone Dave@Gaz
£330ish of your hard earned and you'll have a pr or rears with springs and alloy Rose jointed top mounts winkeye
They're rather good and worth the investment.

Hi Dave,

yes we both use the E46 328 disc. You have to stop production and get out the discs without any holes. Then you can bore the bolt circle and make the centerhole. For testing version i use the stock disc with 5x120 bolt circle, but when we produce the disc we will do it like i said before. When the disc is ready, you only have a 4x100 circle and need no adapter rings for center hole. And the disc will have the Powergroove like the front disc!!!

That´s no problem. I can get so many disc´s i want. Handbrake can be used from e30, because the drum inside the disc has the same dimensions like e30 258x10 disc.
I will give you the price, when disc´s are produced.

Regards

Christoph
