Here is some pictures for those asking

Went to fit the rear section of the exhaust however when the seller said the exhaust system was bodged to get it to his house i thought it was the cable ties holding it up however the whole thing is an epic fail. Basically its a 2 piece system thats been made longer for what reason i have no idea :S its a right mess so i need to get the front section re done. i'am no welder and cannot afford hundreds of pounds worth of manifold etc so your opinions welcome here. As i dont know how to get round this. Ideally if someone has an"off the shelf" manifold down to a 2 piece system sat in the garage i will buy it

I expect plenty of critasim but i wont loose any enthusiasm

You can easily mate a 325i system to M30 downpipes,
Quote nicked from Charle30's thread.
Have you sorted the loom out yet? And where's the pics of these mounts?

M30 downpipes are 50mm E30 325i system is 46mm so they slide in nice and tight.charlE30 wrote:To mate the standard M30B35 manifold to a standard 325i system easily you'll need to get hold of some more E34 downpipes chop them and cut a couple of slits so it can be clamped up on the 325 downpipes.
Chopped E34 downpipes
325 downpipes clamped into the E34 pipes

awsome ive sent you a pm too as i'am after the speaker panels too
When removing you can cut around the heater box if you wish as long as its above where the centre console would go, it just lifts over the throttle pedal and there is one bit you have to cut right at the top where the pedal box is other than that comes out easy enough

you just fold a carpet in half width ways then again length ways and it fits in a black bag and parcel tape it up tight then stick an address on waiting for a courier to collect it

m52 b30 stroker 6-speed 318is Galvanizer
m42 touring
+ a yard full of scrap turds
Or stick it in a bike box if you ask halfords nicely they will donatemagpie wrote:you just fold a carpet in half width ways then again length ways and it fits in a black bag and parcel tape it up tight then stick an address on waiting for a courier to collect it
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

Whipped the engine loom out today.
Not sure whether to fix the loom with heatshrink and solder or to get another, not sure why the starter wire has been cut in about 3 places
It was a bastard getting the loom through the bulkhead but managed in the end.
this was the starter and fan control

Removing loom

Loom out

Starter wire cut

Dont understand why all these have been cut and put back together but hey ho

More starter wire chopping

Can anyone tell me what this is suppose to be connected to? its brown and white and goes to injector loom?

am i right in thinking these are normal on m30 converted cars?

green and black wire ??? whats the suppose to connect to ?

?????

Is this normal ? aircon perhaps ?

Bought a Danthe fan loom, and got a 324td washer bottle on the way from the dealers along with m3 battery tray wiring covers and lots of other odds and sodds
Ive also sorted a minty beige interior
