I have 13mm spacers on my mounts and there is still plenty of room between the engine and bonnet.lee wrote:prob get 10mm in i'd of thought...depending on mounts...look to see what threads poking out the bottom, or undo the night until its just got full thread poking through the nut and measure the gap! neither of mine hit the underside of bonnet....
I didn't want to go any higher than this due to the prop angle.
Make sure you consider coolant hoses and pas lines as you lift the engine to install the spacers, I managed to pull the hose of the Pas reservoir and ended up with alot of fluid on the floor.
