Just got back from the E30Center Finally got the Electric hood working properly. Had a new reinforced motor casting and arm put in. And a few other bits and pieces.

The hood works perfectly now.

Big Thank you to Bill, Jason and John at the E30Center who done an excellent job as always. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new hood.

Took the car out for the first time with hood down. So i thought ill take some pictures.

Looks good work , did the paint guy do and protection on the inner sill where he welded in the repair patch on the door shut? This would be a hard area to get paint to so if he hasn't it would be worth giving it a good wax oil or similar with the cavity hose extension same with removing the rear door cards and giving it a blast down the're too.
