ozzy2006 wrote:hi there mate those seats you got for you white j reg were they e30 seats as they looked similar to the e36 ones or maybe they looked in such good condition i couldnt tell.

just curious though, would love to see what it looks like when finished, i have been trying to get a set of seats in such condition for ages i mean ages. anyway

good luck
They are out of a E30. There very clean for the age. Im not putting the Beige ones in now. Im going to paint the Calypso Red and put the Black ones in. I think they would suit the car better, and the Black ones are heated so its a bonus.

Calypsorot is always a good choice. Depends on the rims, though.

Is that your car. Its absolutly gorgeous! Probably the finest Calypso Red i have ever seen. I love the Euro look, its exactly the look im after. Im going to look for some wheels like that. I know there not going to be cheap.

Anyone know what shade of Calypso Red that is? There were 3 shades on the colour chart i saw. There was Calypso red, Calypso red 1 and Calypso red 2. I went with Calypso red 1 which looks the least dark.

Those rims in calypso are 16" BBS RS's with flat centers and golden bolts. No idea of the exact paint code, though.
