Still waiting for new bosch electro-motor. Meanwhile for tests make salon heater shortcut.



set up "sport drivers setup"



Add coolant and bleed system. And make first serious test. Check if all is tighten, not leaking, all stuff works properly before continues assembling - like check control etc.



Tests show that need corrections with idle speed due more aggressive camshaft.
Do not powder coat exhausts manifolds They smoke, smells and burns.
But in overall I am happy

found problem in throttle sensor and tank ventilation valve (throttle body from PFL)
changed to proper throttle body from FL
