Looks fantastic, Ive been in the mood for a tech 1 for a while.

I wouldn't change anything about the car except the upswept exhaust. Not my cup of tea.

Good luck with it.

What sub/speakers are you going to be running off it? Mine was powering a 1000W RMS 12" sub and it did very nicely 8) Can't go wrong with VIBE IMO :D

Them for the front, ive got some nakamichi 6.5" speakers for the rear but i think i might get another set of them comps and fit them into some premium rear shelf speaker pods

i belive the amp has a high level input to it, might leave the blaupunkt cassette in winkeye

I had these but the above one's look good :)

Just a word of advice, check the depth carefully as mine were very deep, magnet was pretty big and took up a lot of space.

they dont look too deep, might have a go at fitting it all tomorrow. Really tempted to keep the original blaupunkt radio mind, and use the high input connection 8)

Very nice. A black tech-1 is one of my personal favorite E30 8)

But imo no matter how much that wheel owes you Alex it just looks out of place, sell it on and with the proceeds get a tech-1 wheel buftied up.

 excellent work, car looks superb , nice thread to read, was this for sale on the zone a while back ? number plate looks familiar for some reason

stereo looks cool, how much was it ? was it new or from ebay ?

got vibe speakers in my is,pleased with them

always cleaning my car too and get comments from neighbours etc walking past, always think yeah but you drive a shity heap i wouldnt expect you to understand why someone cleans a nice car twice a week or likes to keep it clean tidy and hoovered inside  ..but that balances out with the "thats a nice car/clean/tidy/ etc comments whenever anyone who appriciates a nice car/mechanics etc see it elsewhere
