Got some new bumpers today from Sanchez, very good nick, but were covered in 20 years of crap, so gave em a good clean then got the mer on em and they have come up a treat

Should be fitted by Friday

Friday You lazy sod jamos I,m fitting the rear Chrome Bumper to my Touring, which
may well involve an Angle Grinder, Drill and some dodgy measuring, bet mines on before yours.( Weather pemitting )

I havnt yet ollie will take some when i do the bumpers and give the car a bit of a clean, Rob, Fridays my next day off plus its snowing here too and only just finished cleaning them when it started, bad thing is though we are supposed to be having more snow Friday

ye think youre right about the lenses, but ive only recently got a replacement chrome trim, so they are stayin, i like chrome

i must admit clear indicators look miles better, they work well on white cars

fronts look good but you MUST buy chrome bulbs ive been meaning to change mine for ages as they look crap

rather than orange bulbs there chrome that flash orange, if you look in my sig and at the pics you can see the orange reflection from the bulbs which looks council.

Right got myself some colourcoded mirrors and a new bootlid with a white spoiler (thanks to tedswagon, top bloke), fitted the mirrors as soon as i got em, still need to fit the boot lid as it needs a good clean, plus im not sure i like the white spoiler. think i may swap it for my black one, decisions, decisions. Heres a few pics of my progress.

Jaymos, the car looks really great. I think the colour coded mirrors and bumpers make it.

I have a black heck spoiler on my car - same as yours and I don't think I would change it.

Saying that I think the colour coded heck is cool. Someone with a white one should put a photo on here - lets have a vote!

I took it off as it was very dirty, gonna give it a good clean, I like it though without. As for the spoiler I quite like the white, but it seems to crack very easy, think I prefer the black tbh, just a shame the black one has faded really.

Finally fitted the new bootlid toaday, had to give it a good clean and touch up of the spoiler, it came up a treat. Its now an is.










Next job is to give the engine bay a clean, i think it deserves it after 22 years plus need a new bonnet, its pretty rusty around the hinges and the foam is non existant
