The plates are the originals so it would be a shame to get rid of them. They're staying. I wonder if I could refurb them?

Oh..... the wheels are painted nogaro silver btw, the car is Delphin Grey.

and yes, the stripes are original to the car.

To me, a weekend car for fun, needs nothing but a pretty body, an engine and 2 seats. I've got the 540i for mod cons and comfort.

Had the pleasure of looking at this car up close today, have to say, its bodywork and interior are superb! The final figures on the dyno raised a few eyebrows too
