7am start yesterday morning in the garage, sprayed the Dynax S50 (aerosol) into every cavity I could find, even after following the instructions to leave it above 15 degrees c for 24 hrs prior to use I found that it wouldn't spray in a perfectly fine mist until I sat it in front of a heater on full whack for 15 mins, after that it was fine. seems like good stuff, it was sprayed behind the rear quarter trim panels 5 years ago and is still there now, gave it a top up just for good measure.

Floor is now finished inc sound deadening and stereo wiring, ready for carpet and dash to be reunited on Sunday!

Sorry for lack of pics, was caked in seam sealer and wax so tryed to leave my phone alone!

floor primed, sealed, painted and laquered, 2 coats of each. Went heavy on the sealer inside and underneath, not taking any chances, especially on the rear bungs.


Carpet is looking fresh, can't wait to get it back in!

I think Jim is a bigger concern for that kind of behavior! He had to have a full body scan before leaving mine last time!

Big thanks to Tango and Cash for coming over, doing ALL the work and not complaining about my teabags for once. Had a good giggle today

The carpet is now in position and the dash is half in, need to replace a glovebox trim I've broken but apart from that its looking much better...
