I have a clutch all apart from a blead. Tonight a mate is coming round to help me get it road worthy again
Oh and as promised.......

Thats a new cap, straight out of the box. A good enough powdercoat match for you???
I know its not 100% in a digy pic but by eye its spot on. I am well happy.

As much as i love Hartges, i dont think they suit chromies.
Just my opinion.

A cross spoke wheel like the ronals you had or some BBS RS etc cant be bettered for a chromie imo.
I just think the Hartges look a touch to modern.

Mate i know. If the 16" ronals were true i wouldnt be changing. The problem is getting anything in 4x100. I can't be ar5ed fooking about anymore.
I have alway like Hartge's and got a set for a fare price.
I am only pulling your leg about Tech 2's.

I love the look of some old skool BBS but I just cant be arsed cleaning them, when I had BBS on my chromie they were always dirty. Hartges can be cleaned in less than a minute!
The best bit for me is you can get massive brakes behind them

Yes the Hartges certainly are easier to clean!
Dont you have an M3 five stud set up though Dez?
As for tech 2 kits, i can take or leave them.

I did have a full M3 set up Barry. I fully refurb'd it too. New bearing's and powder coat etc. I sold it though. The only wheel option that i would have considered was 16" M3 bbs and they are not cheapbss325i wrote:Yes the Hartges certainly are easier to clean!

I was well rewarded for it though.
I also got the rear ARB for my turd
My WMS wouldn't fit the 5 stud either!

How many miles did you manage this time Dez?
Bet you're stoked to be back in the game?

Now that does look pretty damn good, sits lovely! I actually prefer Hartge's without the centre caps
