I think you missed Rob's sharp comment about Louvres and French Blue, get it, Le Louvre ? :)
No I got Rob's comment I was just making sure he knew what I meant as there are only about 3 people in the world with Louvres.

Rav - 'To cool the big 6' Did you really just say that?

Alpina and Hartge didnt need "louvres" for their "Big 6" conversions even with up to the 330bhp Hartge H36 24V with the S38B36 engine.

Dezzy, reading from another post of yours, you'll need a 40ft container of "plastic cleaner" for all the plastic on your engine.

Does you tug boat not have a plastic loom cover or airbox?

My plastic engine covers are new. They don't need cleaning

Dezzy, when I think of your engine build, and the 30 seconds of life it had, this pops into my head.

Right it's the shells not the bores.

We have a list of new stuff needed
M52 loom ecu ews
Shells
New chain guide sprockets and chain (should have done that first time)
Gaskets and seals
S52 cams
In for another £800 by the time comes to turning the key

Oh well it's only money. My M50 shricks wacked on ebay tonight.
I had the caps back to front on some of the rods. Think they got mixed up when they went for ballancing and I didn't check properly. I know numpty or what

I beg to differ about the m30 comment , because I for one think a Alpina B6 or B6S is a cool way to use the m30.

Not even the B6S can make it cool. It literally looks like a boat anchor from another century.
