And by all accounts Rob, a real stormer. It's a "correct for the year" early high comp lump thats been correctly converted to 1.3 motronic by Barry while still in Steves car.

IMO the perfect solution and correct choice for joes car.

Saw this last night. Coming along well. Diff and rear end going in.

But Joe? You are a dirty scrote! Clean those f*ckin' arches out ASAP. Stop being gay and get down and dirty. Those arches won't be that nice forever without a good scrub and a waxoil.

Barry was in tears the state of them

Consider yourself well and truly spanked! :D

Being an early 4 pot, the outer rear exhaust box hanger is missing from the chassis rail. 'Enry's skillz will be performed and voila! It will be in place!

It was spotted Tues night and Henry and I were trawling photos of our cars to get position and part numbers etc.

right, theres been no proper update on this for a while now
first of all, I must say what a credit to barry bss325i and everyone else who helped. the car is amazing now, and great fun to drive, what a lovely sound from that M20, and the way it goes

I have no good pics of barrys work yet, as my engine bay needs a good clean, but the tlc has already started this year, with a mate of mine, jack- who works in a body shop, and said to me to bring the car down to him last weekend, so I did

not knowing what he had planned, he ended up giving the car a full mop and polish. and I cant say how pleased I am with the out come, what a brilliant job and he wouldn't even take anything from me for doing it.

finished off with 2 new badges being fitted. trev will be pleased to know that all the arches are cleaned out now and sealed, obc is fully fitted and wiring is all sorted. engine bay will be cleaned very soon and some pics uploaded
