I have invited The Truth to either call me on my advertised number, also I PM'd him.

Funnily enough no response, the concensus of opinion is that The Truth is an Alter-ego who is winding people up.

We have one or two names 'in the frame' for who he is and will be watching very carefully, The Truth will be caught.
