Hey this is my very first e30 and I am totaly addicted. It is a totaly stock 318is which has 120k on the clock and drives as sweet as a nut (or it did before i got ma hands on it) Spent a wee bit money on it since i got it, 2 front wheel bearings, front IS spoiler which is still to be painted and fitted. got a few plans for the future but looking for suggestions, feel free to comment.

Ideas for 318iS -

Invest in some posh suspension bits
Track it

(And just my taste really - Replace kidneys with chrome, remove eyebrows)

Looks like a lovely car.

Very nice looking motor and a good model to start with.

Superb looking iS you have there jonboy 8) looks near on identical to mine when I 1st her...The lip spoiler will give it that extra touch, for sure.

Personally i'd lose the eyebrows, as for the kidney grill, either look black or chrome look good.

Oh and welcome to the M42 Club too

Thanks for the comments guys.

Sorry chicken, front spoiler isnt for sale but you can get them pretty cheap on ebay, mines cost 30quid!

Quite like the front end other than the indicators so the will be changed. need to get the suspension changed cause it sits a bit higher at the front than the back. Thought bout lowering at the sametime but iv heard that it can spoil the handling is that true?

P.s dont know if i have replied the rite way

I quite like blacked out grills but i definately think a chrome grill will suit your car more! And I would lose the eye brows, but clear indicators will help the look alot!

And as for lowering there are many favoured drops on here, quite a popular one is 60mm front and 40mm on the rear, i think 40mm all round would look good but it's an opinion not fact you'd have to ask the other more experienced people on here but at least your in the right place for it!!

Looking forward to seeing more of the car dude looks good!
