Its taken about a month or so to get this far, just been cleaning things up and painting, Replacing old parts with new. As long as all goes well its going into my cab this weekend. Took a while trying to source the parts needed but still looking out for a prop.

My bargain doner car. A sweet ebay purchase of £177 with 1 owner from new full bmw sevice history and a new complete head. I drove it about for a few weeks untill the tax ran out.

I reckon some spacers would have it looking absolutely spot-on - especially on the back wheels

RS8's don't cut it for me IMO....if you were from my home town...you'd have them off in no time....their on corsa's, saxo's, golf's, and every other hatch you can imagine.... i sure wouldn't want to be associated with that croud...!!!

hat's off to you for trying something different though!!! :D

Engine looks stunning...when's it going in???

You car looks a real minter aswell... :D

your best bet is to do a search for "M30" in this section. i outlined the basics here a while ago.

http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... hlight=m30

essentially it's not hard, just time consuming. the tough bit is tracking down all the parts you need to do the job right (manuals are rarer so tougher to find, m3 or custom prop, m3 or custom exhaust etc).
