Smoothed fog lights..

As some of you know, my engine has died spectacularly. So while i wait for another one, I got bored and planned a fun night in with my other car parts...

I dont like fog lights as an aesthetic. I appreciate they have their benefits but i prefer a bit of smoothness over being able to see, any day of the week. so......

Everything a man needs for a fun packed evening of filling, sanding and spraying....


fibre glass first, for strength.


Then filler, over filled so I can smooth it down to the contours of the bumper.



Lots of sanding, a bottle of wine and a sh*tload of filler dust later....



Then I realised i didnt have another tin of filler in the cupboard, couldnt do the other side, drank another bottle of wine and gave up until tomorrow.

ps, the bumper is a cheap fibre glass job, anyone have any idea what it is? I was given it as an mtech 2 rep but it doesnt look like it to me....

I drink wine, but I have no favourites. i dont know what it was, it had 12.5% on the label so was good enough for me.
