Thanks for the comments guys

I have wanted to do something like this since I was a boy and It has turned out exactly as I imagined it in my heid, subtle factory styling, big shiny wheels and it is brutally quick.

I get a major buzz winding it up thinking about an old estate car that can take on supercars.

Fixing the misfire, suspension tweaks, maybe HID's and minor trim bits are still on the list but that will be for next years budget. When I'm finished I can concentrate on the 540i

Not sure what drop it is as I just stuck with the E30 M3 springs but I need to replace them with something stiffer so choosing a drop will be difficult.
d6dph wrote:Glad you stuck with it?
Yeah, it had me beaten a couple of times but glad I stuck to the original plan. :D

I got a new 325 badge, cut the 5 off and smoothed, then used the 3 from the original badge

Absolutely awesome work there mate.

The whole package is excellent, but the subtleness about is the wheels, they truly set it off!
