Sold this a few years ago and wished i never anyway its still rock solid and needs hardly no work. Im well chuffed.

Few jobs to do new bbs wheels, indicators plates might leave the after market cd player as this will be used mainly as a daily driver when im home.

You could say it was barn find as it came out a barn but the owner and i knew it was there.

Love a "barn find" even if it wasn't a secret.

Looks beautiful with the black leather interior, very very nice condition!

Nice find on the cup holder !! If you don't fancy fitting it and fancy an easy sale, I'm just a message away :P

Been busy working on the sport had to fix some rust issues. New wheels with new toyo tyers ,plates indicators.

And had it tested today now has 12 months mot it drives like a dream the previous keeper had fitted a refuberd torsen lsd thats done less than 30 miles it works great.

The car is going in the right direction its solid and original.

Problem i am faced with is take the radio back to factory spec or leave th upgraded sound system in.

Also have a rear blind to fit that has no holes cut in it anyway i can hide the rear speakers?

To me it was i paid what i sold it for a few years back it had done 50 miles. has a new torsen lsd fitted.

A low owner sport with history and original with full re-trimmed leather is hard to buy now.

All the rust has been sorted that took a days work it just needs detailing.

I think it looks nicer that the silver one you just sold, and that was a very nice car!

What's the mileage on it?

Its a 100 times better than the tech 1 i just sold. Got my tech 2 silver on back from the paintshop today and it looks amazing cant wait to get it finished this weekend.

As for the black one the bbs are fitted now few daft jobs to do before it gets detailed on the 31st. its rock solid no rust 4 owners 150k totally original except the cd player speakers and torsen diff.

2. Dyed the uncut shelf blind black
3. Dyed some factory mats black
4. fitted speed touch ecu chip
5. Fitted fire extinguisher
6. Period correct radio fitted new airial needs changing for a black mast when i find one for sale.

The car is now tested just needs a full service and i think my work is done for now i love this car its just so original.

Had a good day on the sport today.

Give it a full service
Fitted fire extinguisher
New battery
Antifreeze
Fitted the mats
Give the car a quick clean will give it a wax coat in morning and get them seats protected.

Car does run loads better I thought it was running rough as the fuel in the car is over 5 years old maybe more but soon as the service was done it was ticking over perfect. be nice to fill the tank up this summer and use the car.

Will update with a lot more pics tomorrow when i get the car out for a spin

What is the benefit of the ecu chip? Why not go for the wild one?

If that is the antifreeze in the pepsi bottle then don't use it.

You need blue antifreeze or the BMW bluey green stuff.

After a few months at the bodyshop the sport is nearly done i most say i hate rust what looked like a very solid car was hiding some bodged up repairs on the rear inner wheel archers.

Just need the car home for when im back in Uk and get all the parts i have fitted and thats the car finished.

Whats the best sealer for the under body of the car to use might as well repaint sub frames ect when fitting all new bushes and bearings
