Fast road setup

Either I'm gonna sell my tech 1 sport this year, that or I'm gonna start using it. It has all standard suspension parts at the mo. I was thinking of lowering it but don't wanna make it useless. I've read somewhere about b8's and like a 35mm eibach spring? That's what I'm thinking, with some better bushes? I want to use the car properly now as I've spent the last 18months pussy footing around in it. If anyone's interested in buying it though let me know. After around 3k for it. Thanks
