thought id give my tourer a cheap satin black paint job as the original paint was losing its lacker after to many cheap mr clean car washes

the rub down






went to halfruads 7.49 for a can what a rip off
got 2 cans, got trade card so got them for 6.74 what a bargine started spraying today



will finish tommorow cos i ran out of cans

I'd be surprised if anybody would give you more than £250 when you come to sell it....you've kin of ruined it forever.

we done this to my mates capri last this time last year,was a right laugh.he got 24 cans of satin black off ebay for 50 quid its well worth a look on there mate.
it looks ok my choice would be battleship grey primer

Well been having a look & there's a few on E30tech & E30owners who've got theirs painted satin black & most of them seem to be home brew/diy jobs & look pretty good.

there's a tech 2 kitted E30 on e30tech thats had a satin black paint job & it looks the dogs bollox

It could look a hell of a lot worse. I actually even like the rear lights. I beleive all mods have a place somewhere, you just gotta find it
