Hey Neal,

Good to see your E30 back in rude health!! :D
Loving the clean unadorned chromie-look. And those Z1 alloys are the dogs... Very OEM yet extremely unusual. :thumb:

thanx to your encouragement I finally got pics of my eta on the forum too... winkeye

Bought a complete kit from the US (about US$150 delivered). Very simple to fit, only fitting the clutch swutch is a bit difficult (but easy with the dash out) and there is a guide available. I think it might be in the zone wiki or google "E30 cruise control"
It works a treat.
Make sure you get the right one as there is a pre and post update unit.

Thanks Anders, the alloys aren't to everyone's taste but I like them. They popped up out of the blue on eBay a few years back so I grabbed them...there is a lack of available 16s for E30s around these parts

Can't blame you!! I love them...
Way back before I totalled my Lachssilver 320i Touring I was actually looking quite seriously for Z1 alloys and a Z1 steering wheel to match. Recon it would have looked awesome... 8)

Z1 steering wheel
Not family with these but assume they would be a straight fitment to the E30?

Looking delicious Neal.

One of my favorite cars on the zone mate, no plastic and the very best e30 color.

Great motivation for myself and others. :D

Great design imo! Love the lower part where it's flat on the inside yet still round on the outside.
You should find one for your 323i - would be a nice theme now that you have the Z1 alloys... 8)

Pre and post cruise should fit both cars.

Pre cruise fitted my post touring anyway.

I am pleased with the end results...still love the car after almost 16 years of ownership.
The respray work ended up coming up a treat.

After resolving some running issues this week (thanks to the contributors on this fourm) I decided to reward my chromie with a full valet.
What better time for a few new pics
