Well most of us keep a turd in our glove boxes, just happens to be made of white plastic and have vague physical similarities to a torch. I'm sure that a real turd will leap off the shelvesRanchero wrote:No but keep an eye on the "parts for sale" section in the near future for some stunning bargains.I missed this thread. Did you post pictures?

if we all had the same taste it'd get pretty boring.
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.
Also true.Ranchero wrote:Absolutely true. On the other hand if you ask for an opinion, be prepared for the worst.
I'm not the biggest fan of the custom stuff but in the guys defence he's actually done a very neat job of it!
Majority of regulars on here get on their high horse about "eyebrows" so stevie doesn't stand a chance to be honest.

Agreed. Nice job. How did you go about cutting the vents Steve?Duke137 wrote:... in the guys defence he's actually done a very neat job of it!Ranchero wrote:Absolutely true. On the other hand if you ask for an opinion, be prepared for the worst.

Where do you begin! From the council spec spray job on the bonnet to the "f*uck I can't see the road for my 2 foot long motorsport innit sunstrip" to the triangles...steviebmw wrote:
It's all well and good saying it's his car let him do what he wants to it, but at the end of the day, not only does it look terrible but the quality of work is clearly shocking.

i was always tought that if i had nothing nice to say,its nice to say nothing
I don't think it's because it's different that people won't like, it's more the method, it looks like the holes have been cut with a bread knife. Personally I couldn't care less what people do to their own car, but if you post a pic of something with badly executed mods such as the one in this thread then you should expect to get some negative comments, you should be able to voice your opinion good or bad, within reason.
