Hi All

First off thank's for all the help with question's on what has become a 3 year project turning a poor damp BM back into an original car plus a few tasteful (I Think) modification's. I was looking for two years for a Mauritius Blue cab finally this came along, the car has full service history but was not looked after by the previous owner who wanted shot before it rotted away

Funny how most of the thing's I was going to do in my first post totally changed. Once I managed to rent a garage I slowly started to de-pimp part's and add OEM part's and a few mod's

Genuine Part's

New blue hood
Front Fog light's
15”a BBS alloy's
Grey leather Interior
Rear head rest kit
Beige rear cab headrest's
Black gear knob
Warning triangle
First aid kit
Complete tool kit
Leather hand brake gaiter
Door tweeter's
Passenger side electric mirror
Drivers sun visor
Hood release lever
Horseshoe struts
Leather hand brake

Modifications

Clear side indicator's
Clear front indicator's
Chrome door pin's
Chrome Clock surround
Ford rear view mirror
Black car mat's
Strut brace
Four Alpine speaker's
Tail pipe
Chrome dust caps and valve stem cover's

The following mechanical work was carried out by a garage Coupling fan, Power steering and a full service. No other real issue's car pulled well before and after the work. I then started the bodywork and leather refurbishment's, I used furniture Clinic for the seat's which I found as good as the post's on here suggest. Below are a few of the hundreds of shot's I took of before and during the work.

So after many night's of endless searching for part's I’ve finally finished the car I had in my mind all those school journey's peering off the top deck of a bus, hope you like what I have done.

I don't think this car will ever be finished in my eye's but the thing i'm pleased with more is i think i saved a BM from being stripped and crushed. Thanks for looking and comment's welcome.

What ever it was took an age to get off. One bad owner who got the hood slashed and he gave up and let it rot over a really bad rainy season three years ago.
